My name is Lisa, and I am an enablement professional with over 20 years of experience designing development programs that elevate skills, enhance performance, and build strong leaders at every level. My passion for helping others learn and grow drives me to collaborate with individuals and teams across an organization to understand their needs and craft targeted training, coaching, and mentoring solutions.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of industries, including software development, software sales training, pharmaceuticals, and defense. This diverse experience has strengthened my ability to develop people-focused programs that support both individual growth and organizational goals.
In the software and SaaS space, I’ve supported sales and customer service teams by creating learning experiences that improve performance, develop leadership capabilities, and strengthen collaboration. Whether developing frontline managers or equipping teams with critical skills, my focus has been on building confident, capable professionals who can drive results.
Within pharmaceuticals, I have designed training that develops team members into knowledgeable, quality-focused professionals. This includes building capability in proper manufacturing practices and compliance across products ranging from over-the-counter supplements to sterile vaccines—helping individuals not only perform their roles effectively but also gain the confidence to lead with accountability and precision.
In the defense sector, I held Top Secret clearance and trained civilian and former military personnel on the operation and troubleshooting of persistent surveillance software in overseas deployments. My work emphasized equipping people with the technical competence required to operate effectively in high-risk environments.
